[Discuss] Starting an Open Design community

Maybe the fastest option in the meantime could be to create a simple form
to fill out, similar to what Creative Commons do on their websites, and
make sure people understand it's just a tool for research and not an
extensive research effort. The second step on this could be to have people
agree on sharing their ideas according to certain policies (the Best
Practices document could be a good start) so their project can be approved
as Open Hardware.
