[Discuss] Translation to Spanish for "Best Practices for Open-Source Hardware"

I've been using collaborative documents to crowdsource the translations
for my site, which has been working pretty good as everyone can edit the
text in realtime and you don't have any issues with versions getting out
of step.
For example: http://sync.in/collector-tut-spanish

I was using sync.in to host the pads, but they've just baitandswitched
and don't offer free pads anymore. http://piratepad.net is essentially
exactly the same tho, and still free.

Then it's just a matter of copypasting everything over.
