[Discuss] Possible abuse of the term "open source hardware"

Thank you Windell and Malcolm for pointing those out. Looks like we need
some sort of standard approach to deal with these of situations.

In the case pointed out by Windell - should OSHWA send them an email
(politely) asking for a link to the files or that the label 'open
source hardware' not be used in the product's description?

In the case cited by Malcolm - looks like the have the bare minimum up,
right?
