Thank you Windell and Malcolm for pointing those out. Looks like we need some sort of standard approach to deal with these of situations.<div><br></div><div>In the case pointed out by Windell - should OSHWA send them an email (politely) asking for a link to the files or that the label 'open source hardware' not be used in the product's description?</div>
