[Discuss] OSHWA creates one database to rule them all ...

Hi all,

I exchanged with Brent about his work and I think find value in it.

Matt Maier, Brent is working on infrastructure to support organizations
that already exist. Ambitious? Perhaps... but if Brent is ambitious we must
be crazy.
We started working on infrastructure to support commons-based peer
production four years ago, and we did a lot of work. You can see our second
network resource planning and value accounting (NRP-VAS) prototype on
Github here <https://github.com/valnet/valuenetwork>.
We also developed legal infrastructure and governance. Our playground is
http://www.sensorica.co/

We are also collaborating with p2pValue project who just released first
deliverable

There is also a group in Europe working on infrastructure

I would love to see more initiatives joining the ranks.
I would also love to see more open spaces and ventures adopting these tools
and practices. We've been documenting a lot, even the problems that we
encountered implementing peer production.
