[Discuss] Starting an Open Design community

It is true. The main idea stands: having people filling out a form, have
them comply with a checklist of that their project is, does, and how the
creators agree for it to be used. Then, having a research-intended list of
OSHWA compliant projects.

As long as we make it clear that it's not meant as a registry for verified
open source projects but rather a tool to gather information about projects
around the world, I think it could be a useful resource.
