<br>I would only object a couple of things:<br><br>1- "otherwise sanctioned": The word 'sancionar', since in Spanish tends to convey a negative meaning in the sense of 'to impose sanctions' instead of 'to avail or authorize' (that is because it's a word mostly used in more solemn setups). However, that's a very discretionary view on it because IANAL, but someone with a laws background should give us some light on the subject. I would keep it, however, in a more friendly option such as 'autorizar' or 'avalar'. Second, the text is trying to say that unless the original designer has approved it, no one can make use of the trademarks and such to sell products. A better interpretation might be '...o sancionados/aprobados por el diseñador original, a menos que tal aprobación haya sido en efecto emitida'. A literal translation would be '...o a menos que fuere así, sancionados por el diseñador original". I always recommend having the extra words to keep things pretty and clear.<br>
