[Discuss] CERN-OHL / section 5.1 / consumer capacity

Hi all.

In the 5.1 DISCAIMER section of CERN OHL 1.2, it said at the end of the
section:
"The Licensee warrants that it does not act in a consumer capacity."

Have some difficulties to catch how this section articulates the
relation between a professional and a consumer when a CERN-OHL licenced
product is delivered to individuals (a consumer)?

Nothing forbid, in the licence, to sell to consumers, does it ?

If one of you could help me to clarify the mess this portion of section
creates in my synapses ...
