[Discuss] interview with Bruce Perens

+1 to that Javier! So that everyone is aware of the history too, the open
hardware definition was created in part because we wanted to further define
what open hardware meant in the freedoms posted by OHANDA. And people who
created OHANDA were at the table and had input in the definition. My hope
is that the community continues to work together no matter what term they
want to use for sharing hardware designs - and you'll hear OSHWA use terms
interchangeably in part so that we don't get too religious over
terminology.
