[Discuss] OHS 2014 / non speakers + OSHWA europe

Hi all.

OHS 2014 submit <http://2014.oshwa.org/> is scheduled in Roma next 2014
30/09 and 01/10.
If we understand well, speakers and workshops are closed.

Questions:
 * To who is the submit open ?
 * Where does it take place ?
 * Should non-speakers non workshop-leaders register for entrance ? and
where ?
 * Is there people who'd like to exchange for the building of an European
OSHW during the submit ?
