I really appreciate the comments that FarMcKon made.........
I appreciate the enthusiasm of people who are trying to be innovative.

The suggestion that government agencies be involved sounds disastrous to me.  Nothing sucks energy out of innovative projects like regulators , wealth redistribution specialists and the like.
