[Discuss] Open Source Sausage?

Is there a good way to try and start identifying some of the (non-tax)
regulatory issues that are impacting the OSHW community and bring them
together in one place?  Recognizing that I probably can't start with export
controls, I'd love to start thinking about ways to move some of them
forward but I want to make sure that we're looking in the right places.
