[Discuss] Translation to Spanish for "Best Practices for Open-Source Hardware"

Hi Mario,
Regretfully I cannot read Spanish well enough to translate, but I would
assume you followed the best practices in your documentation repo. I'll be
looking for someone to translate it into English - thanks!
