I've opened a Public

Framasoft Pad for collecting all of our comments of this topic, in
addition of Google Doc. If this PAD is OK for you, we can use it. As it is
homed by a free knowledge sharing organization, it might be more aligned
with free spirit of OSH exchanges than Google tools are.

We can use this PAD for compiling all inputs from any sources: mailing
lists, google doc,

As mentioned, non english speakers can write on their native languages if
they want.
