Bravo Christopher!

Many companies with a clause not to sue clearly state that the clause is void
against anyone suing them. It's a protective measure.

Let's be careful not to get caught by the oldest trick in the book to
inadvertently help the opponents of open source.

Anyone can write an article.

But how well do you know them?

Are they open with the public or ultimately transparent?

It may help us to gauge an article's believability against a spectrum of trust.
On one end of the scale we have companies like Mozilla who operate and innovate
in the open, and totally closed-door companies with everything to hide.
