Neither of those are "solid" modeling tools. Technically, BRLCAD
doesn't qualify either (but they are working on it). OpenCASCADE does
"solid" modeling, but their source code is an awful mix of Russian,
French and bad English. But initiatives like PythonOCC were an attempt
to make it easier for others to use.
