[Discuss] This should solve the kerfuffle with OSI

hey folks,

the following is just my opinion about what should happen, and my guess as to what will actually happen shortly --- the OSI and OSHWA is going to do a co-existence agreement (and/or consent agreement) there's not going to be any license or ownership asserted on the community-made OSHW mark by the OSI.
