[Discuss] speaker lineup for the 2012 OHS

Hi Carl - I'm guessing there are other initiatives like this, but I just
heard about the African Robotics Network when I was at an IEEE conference a
few months back:

It seems like their $10 robot contest is a great place for some open
hardware, it will be interesting to see how it turns out!
